Misconduct
Educational
As defined in Indiana Code 35-45-2-1, a person commits the criminal act of intimidation, a Class A Misdemeanor, when they communicate a threat with the intent that:
Another person engages in conduct against their will;
Another person be placed in fear of retaliation for a prior lawful act; or
Another person be placed in fear that the threat will be carried out, if the threat is described in subsection Indiana Code 35-45-2-1(c)(1) through Indiana Code 35-45-2-1(c)(5); or subsection Indiana Code 35-45-2-1(c)(7) through Indiana Code 35-45-2-1(c)(8)
We would like to know of any misconduct, or unusual circumstances, bizarre or even questionable activity relating to the school systems, investigation, education, teachers or Administrators in Indiana.
Our GOAL
Schools, administrators and teacher are held accountable with justice being found for these families.
Force the School system to do better in the hiring, screening, reporting and review of any allegation(s).
We want to excerpt pressure on Indiana lawmakers to create a transparent system for monitoring and reporting that these circumstances are not just solved for a school district by a teacher resigning and it being swept under the rug.
Grooming of children for exploitation is a manipulative process where abusers build trust with children to gain control and prepare them for future sexual abuse. This often starts with friendship or kindness, gradually escalating to manipulation and exploitation.
Indiana’s plan involves examining elements such as eligibility criteria, the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and the rights afforded to both parents and students. It should generate a case specific footprint for a school to follow based on the specific needs of a student.
Is your falling short or not being followed?
